The Board Room in the Hotel is perfect for hosting private meetings.

Hotel

This concrete, steel and wood structure Hotel with full basement and built-up roofing was constructed in 1966.

There are two banquet rooms (200 seats / 75 seats), a 20+ seat boardroom, an utility and storage room, kitchen facility with walk-in cooler, all located in the basement area.

The main floor consists of a reception area, foyer/waiting lounge, office, kitchen and storage facility.

The Cheese Toast Family Restaurant seats 75 and the Dining Room seats 160. The Beverage Room and Lounge has a capacity of 160.

The second floor has 20 guest rooms (16 singles and 4 doubles).

There is central air throughout the Hotel.

All heating is gas-fired hot water, along with the commercial hot water heaters. The Hotel is serviced by city water and sewer. Walk-in coolers are located in the kitchen, the beverage room and the basement. There is also a walk-in freezer.

There are 11 guest rooms (10 singles, 1 triple) on the main floor and 10 guest rooms (all doubles with kitchenettes) on the second floor.

Each of the 5 retail spaces have their own forced air furnace. All heating is gas-fired hot water and there is a commercial hot water heater on the main floor; there is wall unit air conditioning and heat in the second floor guest rooms.

The Motel is serviced by city water and sewer.
