Location is definitely an asset of this well-established business. In the center of picturesque Indian Head (a full service town of 2,000 people) and right on the Trans Canada Highway, Manor House receives a fair number of cross-country travelers. Situated on a large corner property, there is ample space for parking. The gardens contain many perennials and fruit trees. There is also a large deck and a pond. A garage at the back corner of the property is perfect for a workshop.

There are no business taxes. The town and other businesses have provided a lot of support to the Manor House over the years - a good proportion of the guests arrive via referrals received in town.
