The home is duplexed with 3 guest bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen, dining area and TV lounge plus an overflow room for occasional use. Host quarters have 4 bedrooms and office, kitchen, living room, 1 1/2 bathrooms and downstairs lounge. Guest and host sides each have a heated garage. There are two fireplaces, 2 wood burning stoves and baseboard electric heat.

The home is situated on 17 acres. Water is in for 7 more strata title lots or future independent guest cabins.

Wildlife abounds on the property. Bighorn sheep and wild mountain goats are tourist attractions. The land is considered to be ideal for growing top quality grapes.
