Enjoy the Country Life In Hemmingford Township

Enjoy the country life in the picturesque Hemmingford township only 35 minutes from Champlain bridge (Montreal, Quebec), close to the US border and Champlain lake, in the foothills of the Adirondacks mountains, a environment of woods, orchards, hay fields and pasture... near the historical village of Hemmingford (1799) and its attractions: golf (2 x 18 holes), equestrian centers and riding schools, specialty food store, fine restaurants and café, Safari Park (amusements and zoo), apple season activities, Scandinavian flower and gift shop... in addition to all services (schools, kindergarten, sport centre, post, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, liquor store, general store, drugstore, beauty salon, big hardware store, car dealers, recycling community centre...)

This country home gathers the warmth of the old style and the quality of life resulting from the modern architecture. Warm and cozy in winter (fireplace and old large wood floor), it is also open to outdoor living (large French windows, cedar decks, sheltered patio, balcony and stone-terrace) to enjoy summer life under the sun or in shady nooks... a nice layout with much privacy giving to the place a kind of European charm.

Many mature trees (maples, pines, spruce trees, apple trees, cedars, linden trees, wild cherry trees, aspen, larch,) are on the land, as well as lilacs woods, some young fruit trees and oaks.

Including a stable with 3 boxes, a paddock, an outdoor riding ring and direct accesses to miles of paths, this property is a perfect location for horse lovers.

Enjoy also long walks or cross country skiing directly from the property in the woods, orchards, fields and along a lovely little river.
