Located 20 km north of Leaf Rapids, Manitoba on a small no name lake accessible only by water in the summer and by ice in the winter/I/2 km across. Cabin is 24 x 24 on ground floor with a 24 x 8 screened in deck in front and a 14 x 24 top storey with 8 x 16 deck and wood shelter under in back area.

The cabin comes complete with the following items:

2 way fridge, propane 4 burner stove and oven, old fashioned cook stove, wood burning stove, all the dishes, all the furniture, all the bedding for 2 queen size and 2 double beds.

We also have double outdoor toilets/fiberglass, 7500-watt diesel generator, and wood burning sauna at dock area and storage shed.
